How to request a return of a defective product:

Under European law, you have the right to request a return of goods with manufacturing defects within 30 days from the date on which the order was delivered to your address.

Send an email to [email protected] with your full name, order number and information about the manufacturing defect (description with photos or videos). We will review your case within 30 days from the date on which we receive the returned product. The amount will be refunded via the same payment method you chose when purchasing in our online store. You do not have to pay any additional fees to obtain a refund.

       

    

Under consumer law, the shipping costs for returning products due to the right of withdrawal (in this case, the product must be in a resaleable condition, i.e. sealed and without any damage or tampering) or items with manufacturing defects will be borne by our store through the reverse logistics process.

After making a return request, you will receive a postage authorization code by email and need to mail the item at a post office branch. We do not cover packaging costs, so we recommend that you use the same packaging as the item you purchased (if it is not damaged) or a suitable box to protect the item during shipping.
